From the opening song, Jeepers Creepers, to the finale, Accentuate the Positive, audience members will be energized by this show, Our Huckleberry Friend: The Music of Johnny Mercer. The team of Jerry Ryan and Chris Katz will perform 20 classic tunes, including five nominated and four Academy Award winning songs.
Learn about Mercer’s 46-year career and the movie music and lyrics he created that we love and remember. Video segments throughout the show of singers, composers, and movie images will make the show even more engaging. The curtain goes up at 6:30pm for the 70-minute show.
