Frequently Asked Questions
What are your COVID protocols?
If you have been diagnosed with COVID, been exposed to someone who has it, or show some of the known symptoms, please refrain from coming to the theater. All guests may choose to wear masks while inside the theater but it is not required. Hand sanitizers are provided for use.
Actors and staff are all vaccinated. The theater is cleaned regularly. UV air purifiers have been placed in the black box theater and in the tech room. Microphones and props are sanitized after every use.
What is the dress code?
Please feel free to wear something comfortable.
At the dinner theatre performances, anything from jeans to a suit is acceptable. Some people like to use the occasion to dress according to the theme, whether it’s a 1920s gangster, 1960s hippie, or a zombie.
For mystery adventures, shorts during warmer weather is acceptable. We’ve also had guests dressed to fit the murder mystery theme of the tours – from the characters from Clue to Wild West garb to detectives of all sorts. Feel free to go all out if you’d like!
When should we arrive for a show?
Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the show is scheduled to begin. This allows you extra time to settle into your seat and possibly purchase a drink before the show begins.
Is the show appropriate for my young children?
All of our shows are considered PG-13. It is up to you as a parent to determine whether it will be suitable for your child.
Improv shows are geared towards a mature audience though and we recommend ages 18+.
Our Theatre for Young Audiences shows are primarily targeted towards children ages 3-10.
Can I request a vegetarian meal for a dinner theatre performance?
Most of our caterers are happy to prepare a vegetarian meal for you if given enough time. Please contact us to assist you.
Can I pay for my tickets at the door?
If a show includes a meal, then your tickets must be purchased in advance for catering purposes.
We encourage you to make reservations. We have a small theater which seats 50 people. That fills up quickly for a popular show. We don’t like to refuse someone at the door but fire regulations prevent us from adding more seats to a sold-out performance.
PayPal is our credit card processor for some livestream tickets but you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase a ticket. The option to use a debit or credit card is available when purchasing your tickets.
Can I get a refund for my tickets if I can’t make the show?
All ticket sales are final.
