Improv 4 Successful Selling

You’ve prepared for a meeting with an important client. You are ready to get the contract signed. You walk into your meeting with the customer and they lob an unexpected objection at you. How do you respond? Like improv, sales situations are unscripted and those who are successful at it can think quickly on their feet and deal with unplanned situations with finesse. This highly interactive, fun 2-hour workshop will help you heighten your skills in communicating with customers and off-the-cuff scenarios to up your sales game!

About the instructor: Lori Muhlstein is an accomplished trainer, facilitator, and actor/director. Combining a successful corporate career in sales, communications, and training and a background in performing arts, Lori’s professional development workshops integrate improv and role-play to create fun and meaningful learning experiences. She is a StageCoach Theatre company member who has performed in “Exit Stage Death” and directed “Stand Up for Santa” and “Barnyard Christmas”. She is also a member of the StageCoach Bandits Improv Troupe.
