Auditions for Summer Camp Musical Intensives School of Rock and 9 to 5

July 31 – 11 9 to 5 Summer Camp Intensive for ages 14 – 19
Auditions for both camps will be held April 15 from 11:00am – 3:00pm. Sign up for an audition slot and complete the audition form.
School of Rock camp rehearsals will be held Monday – Friday June 12 – 16, 19 – 23. 9:00am – 4:00pm with performances June 23, 24, 30, July 1 at 7pm, June 25 and July 2 at 2pm.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s award-winning smash hit musical premiered on Broadway in 2015, and has since been seen on stages around the globe! Based on the hilarious hit movie, this new musical follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn a few extra bucks by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school. There he turns a class of straight-A students into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band.
9 to 5 camp rehearsals will be held Monday – Friday July 31 – Aug 4, Aug 7 – 11 from 9:00am – 4:00pm with performances August 11, 12, 18, 19 at 7:00pm, August 13 & 20 at 2:00pm.
9 to 5 The Musical, with music and lyrics by Dolly Parton and book by Patricia Resnick, is based on the seminal 1980 hit movie. Set in the late 1970s. this hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking and even a little romantic. Pushed to the boiling point, three female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy – giving their boss the boot! While Hart remains “otherwise engaged,” the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down. Hey, a girl can scheme, can’t she?
